With the Internet everywhere, you can now have intercoms with access control by just plugging them into your network.
An IP Ethernet Intercom has all the functions of a normal intercom except it uses the Internet (TCP/IP Ethernet) network to transfer the voice and commands. With these voice intercoms you can connect a pair of intercoms point-to-point, or communicate to hundreds of intercoms from a PC Console running the console intercom software(point-to-multipoint). Advanced software is available for multiple consoles, and for interfacing with SIP Phone systems. Access control is provide through relays controlled over the network with the IP7-ST unit.
